The Cougar Leadership Program coordinates an annual weekend institute and a semesterly workshop series; administers and supports a leadership honor society; facilitates custom-designed workshops and retreats; maintains a resource center of over 300 publications, thousands of team activities and on-line resources, and much more.

Our Guiding Principles

Principles which guide the direction of our programs and services:
a. Leadership is defined as an influence process involving leaders and collaborators coming together to intend real change for their mutual benefit.
b. Individuals at all personal and organizational levels can learn and improve their leadership skills.
c. Individuals learn and gain skills and knowledge in a variety of ways.
